Leaf Releases AFi 10 Camera System

Elmsford, NY –  August 5, 2008 – Leaf, the developer of the world's most advanced medium-format digital camera solutions, today announced a new 56x36 millimeter, 56 megapixel digital imaging sensor. Together with the new ‘Verto’ internal sensor rotation technology, the new ‘True Wide Frame’ (TWF) sensor can be internally rotated to enable full frame photography in both landscape and portrait orientation, without turning the camera or removing the imaging module. The AFi 10 imaging module with the TWF rotating sensor can also be used with large-format cameras to deliver an unprecedented 56mm of digital capture in both the horizontal and vertical planes.
