  Digital Photographic Printing
Our Digital C-Print Department is considered the finest in digital photographic printing in the country. Working closely with world-renowned artists and prestigious museums and galleries, we have taken this digital process to a fine art medium. Our comprehensive facilities, multiple printers, and 24 hour operations allow us to produce large national campaigns in extraordinarily short turnaround times. Our state-of-the-art printers produce high quality B&W and color digital prints from both vector and raster files. Utilizing high-output RGB lasers, digital files are exposed directly onto photographic materials, at an apparent resolution of 4000 dpi, using Durst Lambda, CSI Lightjet printers, and Chromira 50. Duggal holds the largest family of large format Digital photographic printers in the United States including 4 72" wide Lightjet 500XL units.

  Custom Fabrication
From concept creation with the client to intricate design development, and layout designs our specialized fabrication team can create an extremely large range of displays and products for our clientele. This department utilizes all aspects of Duggal's services to create truly one of a kind products, exhibitions, displays, and furniture. We have produced fixture runs for everything from unique one off pieces that are both motorized and illuminated to quantity runs of over 10,000 pieces.

  Dye Sublimation
In June, 2011, Duggal installed the first Durst Rhotex 320 in the United States. The Durst Rhotex 320 is the first industrial speed dye-sublimation printer offering the highest quality fabric printing available.

The Durst Rho 320 utilizes environmentally water-based dispersed dye inks, and comes equipped with the Quadro® Array 30D AQ print heads configured to print seven colors (CMYK + Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and Gray) delivering photographic quality at up to 775 s.f./hr.  Fabrics printed with these inks are entirely environmentally friendly, recyclable and disposable.

A combination of all the printer's capabilities and Duggal's array of material options from sheer voile and poly silk to back drop canvas and wrinkle-free media, Duggal can provide a solution custom tailored to meet your visual needs.

This new addition to Duggal's fleet of printers allows us to be the leader in the growing fabric market by offering additional options in soft signage and digital fabric printing.

  Laser and Router Cutting
Our precision cutting department utilizes the latest technologies so that we can etch into a wide variety of materials as well as cut through substrates up to 2" thick Applications include dimensional letters and logos, box making, fine art cut-outs, and unique shelf and window displays. Materials available for cutting and etching include an array of acrylics, sintra, gatorboard, rubber, fabrics, mirrors, woods, leather and many more.
