To be successful in an ever more crowded market that's competing for ever fewer jobs, Caesar Lima takes a two-pronged approach. First and foremost, he shoots regularly and constantly experiments with the camera. Second, he's a marketing machine. Lima has built a whole brand around his photography. He has an iconic logo that buyers readily recognize, and he keeps his work visible via a number of avenues. Photo competitions, nonprofit work and a strong Internet presence all help keep Lima in the limelight.
