The Personalized D-SLR Learning A New Way Of Shooting

Though such adaptability is great, one of the reasons it’s not easily embraced is that all these changes to camera functionality involve a learning curve. When you buy a new camera, it takes a while to learn how to control and use it. When custom features are enabled, the experience can be remarkably similar to handling a brand-new camera all over again.

The key, however, is to not make all these changes at once. A camera works best when a photographer uses it intuitively, which only comes with time and experience.

By slowly adding and working with these user-adjustable settings, we not only take full advantage of the power of today’s digital SLRs, but also have the best tools possible to create our photographs.
