Photo Details

  • Studio Name: Sole Of India
  • State/Province/Region:
  • Country: India
  • Nearest Town: Chennai
  • Description: This Photograph was taken at Suchindram, in Kanyakumari District, India. It represents the ancient Thanumalayan temple dedicated to the three chief Hindu Gods with a height of 134 feet and is an ideal example of amazing architure and functional creative workmanship. The beautiful depth and natural effect is proof my dedication towards photography, having had to spend a couple of tiring hours waiting to capture it at the right moment. It was finally worth the wait! One can spot the streak of sunlight that makes it way through the clouds to light up this glorious piece of marvel & its surroundings, it’s once in a lifetime opportunity to capture something like this. This scenic & near natural shot was taken at around 5.15 PM, just before sunset and the onset of the season’s showers during a beautiful day in September, 2007. Technical Specs: Nikon D80, Lens: 18 to 135.
