- Description: In the Sacramento Delta, California, out amongst the many islands, water is the disputed issue among farmers and sportsmen. But there is another problem that secretly threatens them all. Illegal dumping. While most of the island's levee roads make this wild area publicly accessible to sportsmen, and residents, it also makes it available to people seeking a place to dump unwanted goods, mostly couches, matresses and tires. This project seeks to explore how people (we) in general choose our dump sites. What items are discarded and how these items are almost meticulously dumped like as if they were dead by bodies disposed by a serial killer.
