Description: My philosophical approach on photography begins with the realization that within space and time – we - experience a fraction of all the sensations that saturate the world around us. Through photography I open a portal – perhaps another dimension - to view, hear, smell, and taste – a wider sampling. “The ‘Art of photography’ is a collaboration between the artist – the photographer’s artistic compositions – the tool – the camera, with its ability to freeze, and encapsulate space and time - and post production – following traditional or digital darkroom concepts to produce a piece of fine art photography.”
