Image Description
This image of was created using my Nikon D700 and my Nikon 18-200mm lens. Somehow the movement in the young girls hair did lend itself to the Oil Painting Filter in Photoshop's New CS6. The strokes of the brush enhanced the image by adding more movement to the already impact of the water swishing through her hair.
