Sigma’s 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | C lens

Sigma has released a firmware update for the Sigma 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary lens for Canon. Version 1.02 addresses and corrects issues with optical image stabilization not working properly when the lens is attached to the Sigma Mount Converter MC-11 EF-E, Sigma’s Sony E-mount converter.

To update, Sigma USB Dock owners can use Sigma Optimization Pro. For photographers who already own the MC-11 EF-E, update the firmware using Sigma Optimization Pro by connecting it to your desktop/laptop via a USB cable. Before updating, be sure Sigma Optimization Pro is current—version 1.4.0 or later for Mac and version 1.4.1 or later for Windows.
